I have CIMT from Aug 2002

I have decided to apply for AOS in couple of month. My wife is naturalized USC.
I am gathering information about my rehabilitation.

What kind of evidence I can use as rehabilitation in I-601 waiver

Laurel suggested community service. . .look in your area for things like,

volunteering:

in a hospital
homeless shelter
teaching English (to second language learners)
GED assistance programs
recycling or community clean-up programs

the letters we discussed before showing that you have good character and consistent behavior (no new convictions) all help, but you said Laurel advised to also do community service. MANY other things qualify, but the ones above are just off the top of my head.

In addition you might try:

Goodwill Stores they use volunteers
Community Centers
City/County Services
Local Churches

Rehabilitation is something that is shown over time. You cant go to a few places and expect to put it down just like that in your waiver. They will see it and wonder why you didnt do anything before the waiver was submitted. How will you explain that?
