After removal proceedings were terminated on sept 26, 2007 my case was send back to local office and my another interview with adjudicate officers is this agust 1.
-Apply for adjust status on jan 2007
-Did all medical exam, biometrics, etc
-Got interview on April 2007
-Two months later after interview got a letter for removal proceedings, and this is due I got arrested on sept 1997, Yes on sept 1997 paid bail then I was release but my case never make it to court until I went for interview for adjust status. Almost ten years later.
-Went to court with my expensive lawyer and on the Master Hearing he took care and terminate removal proceedings, due I enter legally and marry citizen
and he told the judge that we already file adjust status, the judge agree and terminate removal and told me good luck and that my file was going to send back to local office for adjudicate.
-I wait after sept 2007 , and Did so many info pass requesting for my file to be transfer (thanks caribmen for your advices about infopass, ) and on June
talked to a nice officer and he ask me for my phone number and he told me that he was going to request my case, month half he call me and told me that he got my file and he was going to adjudicate.
Then got another letter for the adjudicate officer for appointment on my case for adjust status.
My appointment is this Friday August 1. I just got my new work permit paid $340.00 and did biometrics again since biometrics are good only for 15 months.
Well is been a nightmare and hopefully this is my last interview , I been spending a lot a lot money, and I have done all that they request
