Hello guys,
Just received a notice from NVC that my I-130 petition was returned back to my original officer at the local CIS. My visa isn't current but I beleive I can start working on my case?
please comment to what is the next step for me? Is there a procedue CIS follows for AOS in US when on order of supervision (removal)?Thanks
