Hi All, need help or some cheerfull tougds(sorry but my english is not too good).I went in America in 2000 ,asked for asylum,in the mean time i got married for USC,send them the documents for ajusting of a status and a money order. Was waiting for them to send me a recipt, but instead of this they have send me a deportation order,i was 8 months pregnant at the time,no way of me flying to the place for deportation, after that we had a second kid,i did not ask more about the lost documents and where are the money,i was scared to ask because of the deportation order. On June.13 2007 they rung the bell in my house until my husband was at work, they put me some handcufs and put me in jail in another state where my husband and kids 4year old and a 2year old was coming to see me every weekend.they kept me there for 2,5 months and on aug 24 2007 i was deported in my country Bulgaria. Now we have I 130 Approved and waiting for the file from Atlanta INS to come to embassy In BUlgaria.I got to file 601,and 212 but i am not on clear where the 212 will go,i know the 601 will go to Viena and i am feeling doomed,i do not know what they are charging me with,my deportation papers was complitly empty, blank fields no signatures ,no nothing, only my picture and a small dot for noticing the 10 year ban,for over stay.I have been married for 6 years now have 2 kids Usc,my sister is usc my mom too.i do not have nothing and nobody in Bulgaria anymore. WHAT ARE MY CHANCES TO BE APPROVED TO GO HOME (IF I DO NOT LOSE MY HOUSE TILL THEN)???? I AM FEELING BLUE!!!! HELP !!!:bluesad::dizzy::pullinghair:

I'm so sorry to hear this. I'm sure both of your waivers will go to Vienna. maybe someone else will post with more answers to help you. I think you have got chances to be approved. good luck to you

firehawk- have you prepared your I-601 waiver? You should be spending all this time documenting and researching hardships so you can have a solid case when it comes time to file, please start reading the approved Vienna waivers so you can have an idea of what you need to be prepared!!!!!
