We cannot tell you who to stay away from, but we can give you an idea of some GOOD attorneys: http://immigrate2us.net/forum/showthread.php?t=889

Remember that immigration law is federal, so you can have an attorney from any state. . .there are not many who are incredibly experienced with I-601, so check with these attorneys. I know that Laurel Scott will even consult with an attorney handling the case if you chose someone local.

Just be very careful who you choose.

Good luck!

HI, I would reccomend Heather L. Poole as a attorney, there is her phone number (first time consultation for free) 626-432-4550, or Laurel Scott.

Hi, We are using Marshal Hyman from Troy, MI. This is your frist time using a lawyer for the Waivers. Vienna Denied us two time before and we did not us a lawyer. We have heard that Marshal Hyman is very good and he has done a great job so far. We can only wait now. Good Luck to you.

Marshal Hyman is Michigans longest serving immigration attorney. He will do a good job for you if you tell him everything.

The one i know for sure is Tina, but she is not on very offten if you take a look at Pinkpigs spread sheet it will show you the members that have been approved. I hope this may help you. Good luck

Good Luck!!! You are in good hands with Marshall!! And of course his assistant Kozeta is just wonderful!!!!!

What country are you filing at? Bc once your paperwork gets to NVC it shouldnt take no more than 2 months for them to transfer it to the Embassey. Then Embassey to Vienna. Once its at Vienna it should take no longer than 6 months. So hopefully you can get your hubby back within 10-12 months!!!! :) It might sound long but it will fly bc you will be so busy getting the HSL together!!

Good Luck!!!!!

PS-I will back!! haha

What country are you going in for an interview? Embassy is denying at the interview(i am guessing you have something since you filling 601) and you will be able to subbmite your waiver at the same day. Good luck at the interview they asking regular stuff.
