When I submit my wife's I-601 and HSL, do i need to print out every single page of Evidence I have? I'm worried about overwhelming them with pages and pages of Evidence. Although it will be organized & labeled in a nice folder.

Thanks

Yes you want to prove your case. Post your HSL and tell us what kinds of evidence you have and you'll get alot of help.

Exactly what do you mean by "every single page"? Do you mean if you are printing an article and it's 20 pages long, but the info you are referencing is only on 2-3 pages? If this is the case, then by all means... include the first page of the article, the pages that you reference (good to highlight) and leave the other pages out.

Make sure if you remove part of an article that you site it the way you would in a Bibiliography. . .if it's from the web give them a link so that they can find the full text if they are so inclined.

Everyone is different but I included everything. Our letter was 14 pages long and had tons of evidence which was then categorized in a folder with letter tabs. That way they could access it according to the letter as they read.

Thank you everyone. My letter will end up being about 9 or 10 pages and we already have everything categorized with letter tabs for easy access while reading. Everything is in order. I am still waiting on a letter from one of my childrens doctors, but we have everything else.
