criminal records

When doing the waiver what is exactly considered a criminal history. My husband has a number of traffic violations and has been to court for other issues, but never a conviction. Cases were always dismissed. Does anyone know if he could be approved in the pilot program or be sent to backlog?

I would recommend to get a certified copy of his criminal record showing they were dismissed. I really don't think traffic violations count as criminal record, like speeding ticket running a stop sign or a red light. Maybe if you hand all that over on his interview he might qualify for the pilot program.

Well... hard to say. I mean, if he had "other issues" that might mean he won't be clearly approvable, even if they were dismissed. You could ask Laurel in the free chat tomorrow if you wanted.
