K3 missing...advice?

Our K3 was submitted last Aug 06 and transferred to the CA Visa Center Oct. We also submitted the 130 prior to that in July. I believe in Feb 07..the website said they had moved onto Nov case dates, meaning they got to ours. We didnt hear anything. In April, I recvd a letter for 130 interview even though hubby is in Mexico. I went and it was approved. It was sent to NVC and we have been sending forms back and forth.

My concern is..even after several service requests to find out what is holding up our K3, I have yet to receive anything. The website still says our case is pending. What happened to it? I want to have an interview in Juarez for K3 not wait for the CR1 since that is taking a year as opposed to one month for K3.

Any advice????? We've already been separated for 2 years... I'm dying here. Is there anything else I can do?

Go to the USCIS site and schedule an info pass appointment. They should be able to tell you something then.

my lawyer said "Going to California Service Center will not do much for you. "

how can it hurt? i still have no info. i can submit service requests til I'm blue in the face.

has anyone else had an infopass appt with USCIS in California??
