Brown chicken in skillet in oil or butter.
Add peppers and mushrooms and cook till heated through.
Add in your onion/garlic sauce cook a minute or so.
Add sour cream.
Bring to a boil then simmer till all flavors have come
together.

I make spaghetti verde, and I add chicken breast to it, and it is similar to your recipe. delicious!!

chika is your spaghetti verde with cilantro and crema with cheese? I went to a family party in mexico and my cousin made some spaghetti it was sooo awesome.
This sounds Yummy!! But wait did I miss a step do you roast the chile poblano or do you just cut it up and add it???

I just cut it and toss it in. You can try roasting it, though! That's sounds good!
Let me know how it tastes roasted versus non-roasted.
I just made this today and it was delicious!! You guys have got to try it!!! Two thumbs up!

I made this a month or so ago..and Yes def.. 2 thumbs up...my whole family loved it..
Arc.. I am going to wow! my inlaws with this one when they come to visit!:wink:
You should give us more easy and delicious recepies like this one so we can Wow! the inlaws(just like Cfloresgirl said)

Did you roast the poblanos?
Yes I did. It was delicious but I think it would also taste good if I hadn't. It would give more of a crunchy taste to the plate. Next time I will try it without roasting the Poblanos.
