An online publisher of immigration law articles has offerered to publish my 601 memo in the near future. I don't want to say who it is until everything is finalized, but I'm in the process of revising the memo to incorporate some tips I picked up at the AILA conference and prepare it for publication. I'll let you know when it comes out. In the meantime, it might be best not to make a sticky out of any of the older versions.
