Lost!

Hey guys I called the NVC Center but the automated system says that they do not have a record of my case, and when i talked to a representative they said that they do not have control over it, the consulate in india does am completely confused and am trying to figure out my next step. Any help would be greaty appreciated.

I just realized you are going through India, I dont really know how they work but, Im sure it will be soon. good luck!
