HUmm.. Sorry I can't be no help but I think Carribeanman or Daniel Green can help you out. Carribeanman just had a motion to recalendar and Daniel, I think he has experience in that state. :D

Adrej i think it's more or less the same timeline with all states...first available date,that should not be to long.

Adrej,look at Daniel's signature and get his phone number he will be to give you an accurate timeline as Dianna mentioned.He knows the NY courts better :)

IF CLOSED = RECALENDER WITH THE IMMIRATION JUDGE AND WWWWW.COM
THAT IS THE CONCLUSION

MAY 18TH2005 : SENT I130,I485.EAD APPLICATIONS TOGETHER
JUNE 22ND2005: RECIEVED NOTICE OF ACTION
JUN 3OTH2005: BIOMETRICS.
AGUST 2005 : I 130 PENDING , EAD ADMINISTRATIVE CLOSED BECAUSE I AM IN PROCEEDING WITH THE JUDGE.
FEBRARY 2006: JUDGE CLOSE THE CASE.
JUNE 2007: LETTER FROM THE IMMIGRATION FOR STOKE INTERVIEW.
JULY 10TH 2008 : STOKES INTERVIEW 15 MUNITES APPROVED.
I THINK THE STORY IS MORE LONGER
I AM LAID OFF , I HAVE 2 KIDS 4MONTHS AND 2,5 HEARS OLD .
FIGHTING FOR A LIVING WITH ECONOMMY RECESS
NO ID NO EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION.
PAID THE LAWYER MORE THAN 3000 DOLLAR I HAVE ON HER BILL 1300
