Request New interview?????

I am about to refile my wife's I-601 in Frankfurt. Does anyone know If i need to request a new interview for my wife? Thanks

My understanding is yes, you will have to get a new interview, file a new DS-230 with fee, and then file the 601.

I to am confused. The original DS-230 with all the ORIGINAL supporting documents was filed at the National Visa Center. When my wife had her original interview in June 2007 she took part 2 of the DS-230 with her. I have sent Frankfurt an email. They are usually pretty good at telling you what you need to do. Also, from what I can find out the DS-230 can be filed free.

It's been more than one year since the original interview, I am pretty sure they are going to make you file a new ds-230. You can wait to be asked for it though, just be prepared. You can get it online here (http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/81807.pdf).

I just received an email from Frankfurt. They only need the I-601, hardship letter, and fees at this time. If the waiver is approved, they will set an interview and doctors appointment and then they want the Part 2 of the DS-230.
