my case is very serious,came in the us in 2000,with a visitor visa,apply for assylum in 2001 ,case denied in 2003 because of my bad lawyer,suppose to live the country 5years ago.kown my boyfriend want want to marry me,but before i want to know what to do to have my status stright,should i stay here to get married or should i go back in africa to do so.please help me to find out what options i have.thank you for your advice.

You can marry here, but I'm not sure you can adjust status. Do you know if you have been ordered deported? I hope some other people here will help you. This is a tough case. You should probably at least consult with an attorney.

Have you been ordered deported by a judge??

If so i'm afraid you will not be adjusting in the U.S.

You may consult with an attorney (deportation experienced) for more details.

yes a judge has order a deportation,but i didnt rceive any document.please tell me what are my option,do you know any lawyer who can help me no matter the price and the time?.please help me.
