Hello everyone,

I need some help and I also have some questions as to what we do next. My husband came in 2001 EWI through San Diego. He applied for asylum and appealed all the way to the federal level and was denied. Since that time, we got married in 11/2005 and filed his I-130. We have not heard anything else since his receipt letter came in the mail in November 2006. My questions are as follows, what is the process of the I-130? I know that once he gets the appt. at the embassy in bogota he will have to turn in his waiver for the I-601. Does he need another one for the I212? Is it the same HSL as the I601?What are the timelines for Panama City? Has anyone filed here before? Any information that anyone can give me is greatly appreciated. By the way, my husband has never been in trouble and has a clean record. Thanks!

If he's deported, yes (which, he's not). I'm kinda vague now on the VD. Other members will chime in on that

Is it the same HSL as the I601?

Yes, the I-601 HSL can be used for the I212 as well.

What are the timelines for Panama City?
Will need to check others' timelines and Member's List. Will check on it for you.

Has anyone filed here before? Any information that anyone can give me is greatly appreciated. By the way, my husband has

Yes, there are members that filed there before (if my tired mind serves me right..lol).
