I'm currently trying to fill out my I-129F for my Fiance, and I'm filling out his information. Then there's another part that says other names used. Well Here's my question; While he was here in the U.S. illegally he NEVER used his real name; Everything was under a fake name; His bank account, his drivers license; His ITIN numer, His job, Car, Criminal Record, I mean everything. He was never known or on any documentation with his real name. BUT, when he was in a Detention Center they also had his custody under his fake name. But when the judge granted him voluntary departure the lawyer explained the name thing and disclosed what his real name is. So he departed with his real name, they were given his birth certificate with real name, plane ticket bought under his real name, and his travel document was under his real name. So, where it says "OTHER NAMES USED" Do I go ahead and put that fake name? Will I have any problems because of this? Do I need to include a letter with the forms explaining the name thing?
