Can U Get I129f Fees Back

My Fiance has applied for I129F, it is still pending as per the USCIS site. If we withdraw it before approval can we get the fees submitted refunded???

You would call the unhelp line for the particular address to cancel the application in writing...

No chance to recover the fees...
