deportation order

hey everyone, my SO went to his interview and he was told he needed a copy of his deportation order so the officer could se if he was only deported once, and if he was he would be elegible for a waiver.
My SO was deported only once, but we dont really know where to get the judges order from.

Has anyone else got this paper for the embassy?

This document was originally served to your SO with a notice to appear in court on a specific date. It also stated his rights and what would happen if he chose not to appear (such as forfeiting voluntary departure). If your SO does not know where the original is, he can request a copy from the court of where he was supposed to appear/did appear. You will most likely be charged a fee for the copy.

ok thank you! after MUCH searching he found it in his house overseas.
