How do I check I601 status??

Believe - There were members here who didnt recomend to call Lima, however I think you have been waiting for 6-months already right? If so, I think your husband (USC) should give them a call, I think they are a little nicer with the USC than with the immigrant....

It's been said that it's better to fax the DHS Lima office rather then call FYI

Their number for calling from the US is 011-511-618-2372, I'm not sure what it is for calling w/in Peru though, I'm sure it's easy to find from there.

Just call the US Embassy in Lima, and tell them you need the DHS office concerning a waiver.

Eu vi q esta esperando seu waiver a tres meses, eu tbem estou, estive no rio de janeiro em 16 de maio de 08, vc esteve qdo lá???
Acredita q logo teremos resposta de lima???

Nós estamos passando por Bolívia, não Brasil, mas é também a nossa waiver em Lima.
Todas as waivers que vão pensar Lima estão tomando 6-8 meses. Esperemos que antes.

Obrigada, espero q em 5 meses rsrs a vontade de voltar para casa e enorme ja estou no Brazil a 1 ano e 3 meses ta dificil...
Mas creio q logo estarei de volta para meu marido e minha casa...:wink:

Eu estava olhando a lista o adeildo ja foi aprovado,e eu estou depois dele(isso quer dizer q sou a proxima????) Vc sabe como funciona a ordem da lista??OU a Kev&Fabi vão ser antes??

Bem sim e não. A lista é só para nós que querem ser membros da lista, a ordem é quando nos transformar na waiver. Normalmente fica em ordem, mas às vezes as pessoas esperar mais tempo depois, outros. Normalmente em Lima nós estamos vendo que eles tomem 5-8 meses, pode ser mais curto, pode ser mais longo. :blush:
