:confused1::please:My husband was detained by immigration since May of 2007 ,,, my lawyer submitted a MTR but said it was denied is there a number where i can call to make sure of this ???

and if deported he said i'll need to file a waiver ,,, would that be only de 212 waiver??

husband has an auth of employment approved ,, and ss# we file the I130 back in april of 2001 and got approve we went for the inetrview this past may and was detained because of an old deportation he had back in 1993

When did he enter the US?
Did he enter on a visa or EWI?
What state do you live in?

If you answer this questions maybe I can answer yours or someone here in the foroum might? You just need to give a little more information on your husband's situation.
