Just a quick note on member knight77, he refiled in London, sometime around August 06. He's a UKC (if I'm not mistaken and I could still be wrong on his actual cit.) so that's why he's able to refile/transfer there instead of refiling in SD.

Yes, Knight actually filed thru London on August 30, 06. He is such a wonderful member of I2, with such valuable information. I am hoping that he pops in again soon.

maxdave, the infos are already up there (as posted by Peggy: thank you, hun) but here they are again :) The wait process for the I-130, getting it approved and getting an appt is a whole different wait. The wait process below, I believe, is/was when DHS received their I-601 or WHEN they filed/submitted their I-601.
hotstuff10940 - 5 months
bawe108 - 2 months
Brent K - 5 months
maybounty - NYF
yaidani Santo - NYF
coolcap4 - 8 months
ahowell - 7 months
knight77 - 7 months - Denied - refiling thru London August 30, 06
Chaz2211 - 3 months
baby - Pending
Hope this answer your question(s).
