I am preparing the waiver packet, so I am wondering how should we staple it together? Did you use a paper clip, a binder, a fastener, a file, staples?
Are we allowed to punch the holes on the wiaver documents?

Would appreciate you advice!!!

I have a few?'s to go along with this...

When a family memeber or friend writes a letter..do they submit evidence as well or is that just me?

Can we use family pictures as evidence?

desperatewife.. buy the acco two hole fasteners. I never found them at wal-mart but you can get them at office depot. Don't staple or put it in a binder or anything it will just be taken out. Put the two hole punch at the top of your waiver packet and fasten it there.
brooke-- we put family pics on the front of our waiver packet. If you submit a letter from your mom for example than she usually wouldn't have to submit any more evidence, but every case is different. For example my mom has some medical problems so I included a letter from her doctor.

I used the acco 2 hole fastners and used bottom tabs (that were lady pulled out but kept in order). I did add color photos right after my letter and before the supporting documents. I wanted to make sure they saw who we were. :)

I separated by color sheets of paper with a label on them identifying what was behind each section with DH's name and case number on each page. . .It was as if I was "filing" the supporting documents. As cover sheets I made my own brief, then letter from me, hubby and then the supporting documents.

They remove anything binding the application together, so I figured I would just make it organized and colorful. . .

When submitting pictures in the waiver packet, can they be copies of pictures on paper, not actually pictures, right???

That is what my attorney did without any problems.

Does anyone know if when reapplying for a waiver for the second time, (we are going through Vienna) Does the same officer review it, who reviewed the 1st one or is it someone different??? Also do they review this one with a clean set of eyes or do they refer back to the 1st waiver packet when looking at this one for the 2nd attempt???
