K-1ers How long until fiance packet comes?

I already scheduled waiver appt on Aug 19th now I am freaking out because its been 4 weeks and no packet yet. How long did it take to get one? I want to be sure I have an open appt before I schedule my flight!

How did you scheduel the waiver appt without having the packet?? What number did you call to scheduel the appt?? I am also waiting to get my packet...Please let me know more info!! It usually takes one month to get your packet...USUALLY

I'm sure you already have done this but if not....you can go to the USCIS website and check the processing dates for each service center also you can sign up for email updates on your case. If necessary you can even call the USICIS and get a case status update (these people are never too friendly but you should be able to get an update).
