My waiver letter for my husband was about three paragraphs long, I had alot of eveidence, mortgage, credit cards, pictures, religious wedding, baptism certificate of our son ect. I'm not sure if I should supplement my waiver, we filed it October 18, 2006 and have not heard anything yet, what do u suggest?

I had an attorney who prepared my waiver package.
My letter was 3 pages long and in affidavit style. It was very basic, didn't go much in to details at all...I had tons of evidence.taxes,dr letters, medical records, rental contract, pictures, and supporting letters.

I don't think my letter was very well written at all and I was very scared we were going to be denied cause the hardships were listed but not explained. Like I said very basic and straight to the point...

I sent in additional information in March regarding my sons worsening medical conditions. I wrote that letter myself and sent in evidence.

I think that if you are going to send in additional information you need to send it NOW...cause they are going to process waivers for October soon...send return receipt so you have proof you sent the information, if you do decide to send it.

Good Luck!:)
