Ok, I can deal with the loud meowing and the cat fighting but I CAN NOT deal with the diarrhea on the floor ALL over the house and he just pissed on my little carpet in the living room.

To top it off, the girl who dropped him off won't respond to my emails and I've called her 2 times today and left a voice mail and she won't call me back. I called her again and now her phone is turned off!!!!! I am fuming! What kind of crap is this? So NOW the cat is outside and will STAY outside because I am done with being nice and people taking advantage of me!

he may be sick if he's not going in the box. It could be a change of food. When i got my second cat, he would not go in the box..i don't know why but i had to get another box and that fixed the problems. He had diarrhea too at first but that went away.
Have you had a full vet check up with him/her? You definitely need to know if s/he has worms or fiv if you have other cats.
