In my experience, they answer emails quite promptly. When I emailed to confirm receipt of our 601, someone replied in like an hour. I haven't ever tried to call.

Hello everybody! My husband never got contacted about his interview date. Thanks to Ms Gemini, she gave me the website to check! Thank you! But, we are still working on the medical part of the waiver. Thus, he hasn't left USA yet. Anyhow, does he have to have the medical exam before he goes to the K-3 interview? Can somebody help me? Thanks!
