First i would like to say hello to all the members of this wonderful website:wave:
I have discovered by chance, through my researches, and i hope the people here will be able to help me:blush:
So, here is my situation...I came here in the usa, a year ago, under the vwp, i didn't really wanted to stay in this country but i met LOVE:thumbup:.
We are engaged and we know each other for a little while now. I am getting married in three weeks and i wanna start the paperwork....
First what do i need to file? Where? My fiance is a usc, no previous problems with the justice, for me either. I live in nyc, so i know that the timelines can be really long-(.
But whatever, i wanna learn and search and be able to be safe with my sweetie.
This is my first post, but i will be here often, so maybe one day i'll be able to help other people.
Thank you!

You need to file to adjust status:

Do not bother filing for Advanced Parole, you can not use it, you have been out of status too long.

Conventrated is right.
Get married and then file the paperwork. Until you file the paperwork you will be deportable.
Once you file the paperwork, do not leave the US until you have your green card. Leaving the US will trigger a bar..even with the travel document (aka advance parole).

Have a read of Guide for Adjusting Status - including a concurrent filing of the 1-130 (http://www.familybasedimmigration.com/forum/showthread.php?t=271)
As well as guidelines on how and what to file, you will also find many links to official resources to help in answering any questions you may have.
