How to follow up the NOA2

Friends,
Some kind soul out there please guide how to follow up on the steps being taken by USCIS towards our K1 visa application.

Submitted the I129F on June 25th, '07
Application received at USCIS on June 27th, '07
Received NOA1 dated July 3, '07
The NOA1 has receipt no starting with WAC------.
Please this wonderful support group, guide me how i can trace the steps they have taken since then towards NOA2 on the USCIS site.
How long would it take normally to receive NOA2?

On the back of your canceled check and on the NOA you will see a number -- might be WAC or might be whatever code VSC uses (depending on where you filed).

Use that receipt number to set up an account on the USCIS case status site. Sometimes you will see movement, sometimes you will see nothing. Seems they are currently approving April I-129Fs so not too far to go.

thanks... i just did that it say on the site that they are still processing ...i129 dated Feb 13 2007 scarrrrrry.
i can wait for eternity....
A tricky question.....ohh life is complicated....what if the fiance who in US has filed my i 129, our relationship does not go anywhere during the engagement....can he stop the processing by a request..or we dont do anything after receving the approval for i-129..
If i get engaged to another us citizen , then again he files a i-129 for me, will be:: affect my chances for approval...oh lord forgive Me!:

He can cancel the I-129F.

There won't be an issue with someone else filing a petition (assuming that person hasn't filed for someone else before) but this will likely come up for discussion and explanation at your consular interview.

p.s. the USCIS site shows the oldest unapproved petition and doesn't reflect current accurate processing dates.

what are the pros and cons of waiver of K1 visa or is it waiver of i129f... what does it entail friends....
