Here is the situation of mine. I tried to explain as clear as i could. Thanks for a lot for your time.
I am a LPR and got married with my husband on August 06. I applied N400 for myself and I-130 for my husband on January 22, 2007. Today is August 30, 2007 and still waiting for my citizenship interview. I believe once i become US citizen , my husband's I-130 will start processing. Now he is a Bangladesh citizen, that mean he will have interview in Bangladesh. But he doesnt live in Bangladesh. He is a permanent resident of Qatar and working full time there. Here is my question,
How can you tell USCIS to set the I-130 interview in Qatar since he is a resident there instead in Bangladesh or it is possible at all? This way he can have interview without travelling to Bangladesh. Its gonna save time and money.
I am a new to this website and need help!
Thanks
Time line:
8/13/2006 : Married with my husband
1/22/2007 : Applied N400 for myself
1/22/2007 : Applied I-130 for my husband
2/18/2007 : Fingure print done
..............Now waiting for citizenship interview.
