Here is the situation of mine. I tried to explain as clear as i could. Thanks for a lot for your time.

I am a LPR and got married with my husband on August 06. I applied N400 for myself and I-130 for my husband on January 22, 2007. Today is August 30, 2007 and still waiting for my citizenship interview. I believe once i become US citizen , my husband's I-130 will start processing. Now he is a Bangladesh citizen, that mean he will have interview in Bangladesh. But he doesnt live in Bangladesh. He is a permanent resident of Qatar and working full time there. Here is my question,

How can you tell USCIS to set the I-130 interview in Qatar since he is a resident there instead in Bangladesh or it is possible at all? This way he can have interview without travelling to Bangladesh. Its gonna save time and money.

I am a new to this website and need help!
Thanks

Time line:

8/13/2006 : Married with my husband
1/22/2007 : Applied N400 for myself
1/22/2007 : Applied I-130 for my husband
2/18/2007 : Fingure print done
..............Now waiting for citizenship interview.

Which consulate did you write down for Q22?
Was his Qatar address put down the address for Q2 and Q19?

Being a permanent resident of Qatar he is able to interview there.

Note beneath Q22 it states....

NOTE: Designation of an American embassy or consulate outside the country of your relative's last residence does not guarantee acceptance forprocessing by that post. Acceptance is at the discretion of the designated embassy or consulate.

Thanks a lot for you reply. The time we applied I-130, we had no idea that my husband is going to be a resident of Qatar. So in Q2 and Q19, we have the address of Bangladesh. Now we like to chane it to Qatar address.

Thanks again for you time
