Thank you all for replying. I want them to help me speed up my wife's case. I wonder if anybody has done it. If they called or send them a letter. anybody with this kind of information?

hi will also like to know how to contact the senator my husband lives in arizona and will like to know if any body contacted the senator or congress from arizona regarding their case and received any help from them.. i was backlog due to not having extreme hardships and we will like to kno if theirs something they could do....

Officially all they can do is make inquiries as to where your case is.
Expedites are only given in the case of an extreme emergency or being deployed in the military.
It does not hurt to ask for their assistance.
You can contact your US senators and US representatives at their local office. Google US Senator and or US Representative for your state and zip code. You will have 2 senators and 1 representative.
They will have a web page and most likely a place to download their paperwork to get your signature on a paper that gives them the ability to ask about your case.
It is probably under constituent services.

Everything Pinkpig says is accurate. This is only in emergencies AND by the statute. . .if you don't have "enough" extreme hardship, there is nothing your senator or congressman can do to change their minds.
You may need to get an attorney or brainstorm some new ideas.
