View Full Version : I-130 without pictures. Did I mess up?

Please advise. We filed our I-130 with paperwork showing a bona fide marriage -- mortgage, health insurance cards, car insurance, bank accounts, etc. However, we did not include any pictures of my son-in-law and his wife together as we figured these pictures were better for the interview rather than filing with the I-130. Did I make a terrible mistake or is this okay?

Please tell me what you did.

Photos are generally looked on as secondary evidence. Don't stress it :) what you submitted is fine for the petition stage to show that you have a bona fide marriage.
