Im going to miss Hubby's B-day

Well as you all know my first interview is on 8/07 and the second one is 9/04. Well in between those dates im staying In GDL and hubby is coming back:shy: well his B-day is on 8/18 and I won't be with him...:cry: We were talking about it yesterday....he got really sad..its the first year we are not together for ones B-day.... sad!! just thought like sharing!!

When we were going through the process I wasn't with hubby for his birthday and we were not together for my birthday either but it just made the next year that much more special! It's hard but you can always call eachother and let the other person know you thinking about them!

Viri.... I know the feeling.... I spent my birthday this year without hubby too..... it was hard.... but when I went to see him for his first interview he had a few gifts for me that he found in Acapulco!

I know exactly how you feel... I have not spent a birthday with my hubby for two years until this year... It was on his waiver appointment and he was backlogged... Can you believe that... ok I need to stop writing cause this is making me tooo sad... O no...

yeah ...its acctually really sad...we really never do nothing for his b-day, except taking him out for dinner...but still the feeling of him beeing homw alone on a special day like that..is going to be stressing for him.......and he comes back home on the 17th so he will be back to work on the 18th..puro work and work!

I was alone Thanksgiving, Christmas, V Day, her birthday, my birthday.....so far.

Let me just say, it SUCKED.

I suggest you call, but not just once during the day, but several times. It would help a bit, and maybe bring a little bit of normalcy.

it was....and it is. Its hard after waking up next to someone for the past 4-5 years, to suddenly realize, wow, she is not there, and that it was the pillow I was making out with.

I didn't even want to be with my family those days. I made sure I had to work on New Years Eve so I would not have to be around anyone.



Like I said, call him a couple of times that day to lessen the pain.
