I was just reading something that MJFLOVE wrote in her script about filing waiver in Dec 06. Well both her and JLOPEZ are 2 that I know are still stuck and waiting!
MFJLOVE-Houston, Tx still has no decsion, is that correct? JLOPEZ-Dallas,Tx had been denied the first time and received her denial I think the first week of March and had hired Laurel to request another interview, to date she still hasn't heard anything from CDJ on a new interview.
These 2 ladies are the few left I think from the Old Backlog before the pilot program started on March 6th 2007. Still no resolution and waiting:pullinghair::gaah:
I think this is so unfair, I personally know Jlopez and have met her several times, she does have a good hardship and it wasn't fair when they were denied, so she had to go hire Laurel, and it cost's alot of extra $ to do that, but I am praying in the long run that her 2nd time is successful.
MFJLOVE, I wish I could meet you girl, your waiting is so painful and I do know what your going through as I waited 14 months 1 week for my husband's decision and it was made through the consulate in El Salvador,,,,,I truly think your's may be at another consulate other than CDJ? Have you tried to call any of them,,,,,also the consulate in Tijuana may have your paperwork,,,have you thought of that?
If there is anything I can do to help you out please let me know, as I know the pain and anxiety that your living right now, with not being able to live your life as it should be and putting your life on hold to just hurry up and wait,,,,it's one of the most painful things I have been through in my life, but don't give up hope ladies,,,,,,your day is coming, just let God handle it!:D
God Bless you both and your not forgotten!
