Flying from CDJ to DF

Hubby has been looking for a cheap ticket from CDJ to Mexico City between his first appointment and second.
So, leaving Aug 8th and returning September 3rd.

The cheapest we have been able to find is 400 dollars! We found one for 200 something, but when we hit the submit button, the price went up to 400 haha.

If anyone has found a cheaper ticket, could you send me the link?

I was looking at these tickets too, and unsuccessful at finding something cheap. They do have luxury buses though and I've thought about this option if we can't find a cheap flight. $400 is kind of a lot, ya know?

I think if you look at Interjet and fly into Toluca you can find a better price. Toluca is a short bus ride to Mexico city so that might be a good option.

My husband has flown Aviacsa every time between CDJ and Mexico City...usually around $100- $120 one way or less. They have internet specials when you purchase on Tuesdays. But, caution, their website is a bit deceptive. The prices when you are searching flights do NOT include all the fees and taxes, so you need to go through the entire process without purchasing to see what it really costs. Also, he hasn't been to CDJ since last Nov, so it is possible the prices have gone up with all the higher fuel costs. We've never tried the Toluca route...with the kids in Mexico time has always been a premium, so it has been worth it to pay the extra so that he is away from the kids less time (I like my MIL, but definitely feel better when he is with the kids)

We took the same flight from CDJ to Toluca for 510 dollars.

Just did a quick search on Aviasca straight into Mexico City...$350 round trip. More than what I have paid in the past.

I always got "Sorry, flight not available" when searching Volaris CDJ to Toluca. I just bought hubbys round trip ticket from CDJ to Tol. for about $305 on Interjet. Seems like a good deal, and the sooner you purchase, the better, prices jump up pretty quick!
