London - question on next steps

Okay - so I'm trying not to get too excited but according to their site and the updated posting as of June 20th, our case has been closed. Does anyone know how long it takes from this step to notification....be it good or bad news? If I read through other threads, it appears that if it's good news we'd get a call and if it's bad news it's a letter. Can anyone shed any light???:shy:

Congrats to ya! once u c yr case is complete, u have the right to call the embassy and ask. I hope n pray all goes well for u Think positive! Go n celebrate 4th of JULY! Watchya waiting for?

I haven't called but plan to do so now....plus we heard from our lawyer that they received notification of our approval. YEAH!!! :smirk:
Have you head anything? I'm sure you will hear something soon. Don't forget to use your congressman....we were approved within 1 week of thier inquiry as to the status of our case

Well after the interview i went for on the 3rd of July, i haven't heard anyfin after that. My congressman has contacted the embassy in London several times, in feb 2008, my congressmen even got a email from the US embassy London say that my case will complete within 2 weeks time, now its end of June, still nothing, i think we should get a lawyer now.

Did you get yr visa or you still dun know? I hope you did!. Keep me updated.

We did get approved. My lawyer received a letter dated June 13th indicating that the waiver was approved. We are now waiting to hear from the embassy. I called and didn't get much info so my hubby needs to call tomorrow since they only take calls from w/in the UK and I'm back in the staetes.
