MTR at AAU and new appt. to refile I601

Hi everyone, I don't know if you remember me. I was denied last December after a one year wait. Well this morning I called the AAU and left a message. Then I called CDJ (900 number) and they told me I have a new appointment for Nov. 13 to file I 601 de novo. Then I got a call backfrom the AAU, they have had my file since MARCH!!!!! At least I found this out after I found out about the new appointment! I would have been devastated all of these months!
