Game: Are you overly obsessed about anything?

if noticed alot of people in my life or WAY overly obsessed about somethings, and some of them are secretive and/ or wierd. so i was wondering if you guys had any.
One of mine is: I cant take a shower in a dirty shower because i think im not getting clean.

But the bathroom should just be cleann i think. idk lol:shy:

I'm obsessed with double checking things. I double check that I've locked the door, I double check that I have my cell phone and keys on me. Even after preparing bills to mail out, I get the urge to open the envelope to double check that I've written the correct amount on the check. Also if I've used the iron and I know I unplugged and put it away, I still get the urge to go back home and double check that it's not plugged in..... yeah, weird...

I am obsessed with checking for new posts on I2us. Seriously, it's like a debilitating condition. I am also obsessed with oatmeal! On Thanksgiving morning 2005 my brother made me some oatmeal with brown sugar, and berries, and I have been obsessed with it ever since. I have eaten it every day since!! I even had to go to the black market to find it in Korea. I paid 11 dollars for a thing of it. I love it that much.

I have become obsessed with this immigration process. I can't turn my brain off! Literally it's running through my head at all times!

That and I have a small obsession with being on time. I CAN'T even be two minutes late or I lose it. It becomes a physical nervousness if I am running late.

Like.. when i get out of the car i need to make sure i have my keys with me, bc i have locked them in my car to many times to count. sometimes its running and some times the lights are on hahahaha. so ecven though i know that i just fdropped them into my purse i need to check once more to see that they are in there.

I am obsessed with my dog. Her name is Carmen and she is the cutest mut ever. Since we don't have kids yet, she is like my husband and my first baby. I have way too many pictures of the three of us!!! And I'm like the mother who can't see any wrong in her child. Any fights she has been in are always the other dog's fault! I am beyond a neat freak. If I see a single dust bunny, I reschedule my entire day so I can completely clean my house. I was like this before, but even worse since my wife left. My birds drive me nuts because they like to be messy, and I clean them almost daily. If I see a stack of paper, it better be neat and organized, and not just tossed there, cuz I am will go crazy. I wash my dishes, but don't leave them but for a few hours on the dish rack, cuz it drives me nuts to see them there. Everything must be neat and organized at all times, or I go insane, literally. I am like this at work too.

Also, I teach ServSafe, a food safety course, and I am on the committee that helps do the material for the classes and what not. Food safety, OMG, what a nightmare. I take temps of everything I cook, clean fruit/veggies like 10 times before consuming, etc. My mom grabs stuff with her hand, and I piss her off because for example, I am will ask for a piece of bread, and she will hand it to me, and I will refuse to eat because she grabbed it with her hands instead of a fork or whatever.

My dad is a perfectionist, and I have followed that trait. I am borderline obsessive compulsive with cleanliness and cooking. Its weird.

I am obssessed with knowing that my whole family is ok. I need to know that they are safe. Like for example when there is a storm, I will call each and every family member to see where they are at and if they are safe.

This describes me EXACTLY!! Wow! I think we might be long lost sisters separated at birth. I bet I spend at least 10 min. everyday checking things before I leave for work. Is the faucet shut off? Is the dryer off? Did I put lunch money in my son's backpack? Did I shut the garage? I am also obsessed with making sure my alarm clock is set. I check a zillion times before I go to bed. I have been in the real working world for 11 years now and I have never not had my alarm go off so I don't know why I am so crazy about that??
