We are doing the AOS now; I arrived here in the US on a K-3 visa. I am confused where to file the I-765. We live here in PA. It says in the intructions that we will file the I-485 at the Chicago address and the I-765 in Vermont. Am I right? Since we are filing it concurrently, we don't have to pay anything for the work permit. But my question is if I file the I-485 and the I-765 at different service centers, what proof should I include in the I-765 application that I filed the I-485 concurrently too since we are not sending a check for the filing fee? We are confused. Anyone, please help!

Don't know what category I fall in for the EAD application. c 9 or a 9 since I am filing my I-485 at the same time. Should I mail both my AOS and work permit at the Chicago Lockbox? Very confusing instructions.
