Can apply for parents??

Im a PR and will soon be a USC. My question is if I can file a petition for my parents? They EWI and I like to see if someone knows the procces.

Unfortunately you can't apply for your parents because they ewi. You could get as far as cdj but then they wouldn't have a qualifying relative to submit the waiver on their behalf. Only parents and spouses can submit waivers.
