With the appt. letter there was a list of items that we need to bring to the interview (if anyone wishes I can post this list- for those awaiting the letter...just let me know), some of the items are listed as "(unless already submitted)". Does this mean if already submitted with the AOS application(s)?
The items are:
1. A completed medical exmaination (form I-693) and vaccination supplement in a sealed envelope.
2.A completed affidavit of Support (form I-864) with all required evidence, including the followind, for each of your sponsors.....(unless already submitted).

I know I had completed a full Affidavit of Support for the "Visa pick-up" in October so I don't know if this will suffice or if I need to complete everything again. Should my husband have a letter from his employer + pay stubs and his salary inforamtion on a I-864 type form as well? OR will our 2007 joint tax return and information be enough along with the I-864 from October 2007?

Im going to that interview next week, and i noticed the same things, I'm assuming that they want it IF you've not already submitted it. I am bringing a ton of notarized letters, and photos though......along with my photocopies of everything else....i'm so nervous!!!!

PROOF OF MARRIAGE
- Marriage License and Certificate
- Jointly named Car insurance

- Joint Credit Card
- Joint Apartment leases for the past 3 years

Great information! Thanks! I'm nervous too and don't want to make a mistake after all this time and not have something that they request. We have our appointment in about a week and a half.

For the bank account my husband and I have together... what do I bring to prove it? We have checks with both names but we never use them, we always use our debit cards...
