I received on Tuesday the approval letter from DHS. DHS and Consulate in Frankfurt , its the same building.
I have not heard anything from the Consulate yet, about the visa and the passport, but I know from the others that they working very fast to send it out.
Is it possible that the Consulate can deny the visa, even when your waiver has been granted.
I am so nervous.
Good luck to all of you.

lilikoi,
I have never heard anyone being denied their visa after the waiver was approved. I think I have seen situations of very long administrative processing - but they are unusual.
Be confident. There is a 99.99% chance your visa is just a few days away.
:go: Good luck:go:

Hey Lilokoi and everybody else. I AM BACK IN THE STATES. Men I am so sorry to read that you guys have such issues. Lilikoi I know the waiting is the hardest of the all and now that you know you are approved all you want is to go home.
It will happen this coming week.
POE in Atlanta was very easy. They were very nice and it took all together maybe 25 minutes.
Said at the end dont forget to file for adjustment in a little under 2 years and welcome back to the US.
I will check back into it all....call you tomorrow Marion. I have some alone time. Hubby is taking the kids...call you then.
Thinking of all of you..
