I-601 Form -- Please answer questions

I am filling out the I-601 form and have a few questions:

1. Question No. 2 asks for address. Do we put address where he will be staying at his parent's house in Guatemala or his address here in the U.S.?

2. Question No.8: Date of visa application? Do we leave that blank or put in the date he has his interview scheduled for?

on question # 2 I entered the Guatemala Address.
on question # 8 I entered the date that the 1-130 was received by the USCIS.

Our attorney put our address here in us because that will be my hubby's permanent address the address at his parents house is only temporary.

well Socorro has already gone through Guatemala and the other is going through Mexico.....We are all going through Guatemala.

It probably doesn't matter as far as the address.

I know there are Mexican filers who have put the date of the visa interview for the "date of visa application" and didn't have issues too. Those things aren't the sort of thing that is going to cause problems I don't think.
