I am doing fine . I have a long story ( i 'll try to make it short ) fiance (K 1 ).

I filed my petition to him last July 2006. It was approved after a month. Case was seen to USEmbassy for visa issuing last December2006.The Jan'07 interview went very well according to my fiance. But the problem was he did not received on time the Singapore police clearance that he supposed to submit. The Consul told him to bring it as soon as he received it. He was also told to pay the visa fee and leave his passport. He complied.

He went back to the USEmbassy and took the clearance. He was told that he will be notified if they need more information. After 2 weeks he received a call from them for another interview. He went for 2nd interview as instructed. To make my story short... his case was put under administrative review because they received a complaint against him stating that he fathered a child. This is an untruth. There are certain mean-spirited individuals who rely on destructive behavior and would like to project their own self loathing on to others. My family is strongly disapprove of this marriage to happen and behaved quite hatefully toward me and my fiance.

So our case is still under administrative review for almost 6 months now. I did everything that i could but i have no answer. What else should I do ? Can someone help me ?

Hi... our case/situation is quite complicated. We were thinking that too but we dont know how to start. My fiance was no knowledge of having such a child or fathered a child ( boy or girl ). The woman ( mother ) that we are referring has a questionable character, she practiced pay per use system. She already has previous child from also unknown recipient and some other
aborted case. My fiance met this woman prior to meeting me. We have already argued, long discussion and explained in detail to me everything before I decided to meet him in person. He admitted his fault for using this kind of services. He is not a saint. No body is perfect, even me. But we are perfect for each other. We really dont know who filed a complaint against him. Like I said to my previous post, my family is strongly
disapprove of this marriage to happen even since at the beginning of our relationship. They are going to great length to try to stop this marriage. They traced back his past (this is something personnal) and warning me about him.

At this age, I guess I know what is best for me and i'll be the one who will choose and decide who should I be with. I love him so much, so I continuously waiting patiently and finding a solution to solve this problem.
My state senator had already contacted twice the USE still no changes.

What should I do now ???
