Is there a way to beak it down into sub forums? For example: questions on forms, HSL questions, process etc. Its great that there are a lot of people in there but I dont like posting there because I find that there are too many people posting at the same time and it seems like some posts just get lost without being answered. It happened to me yesterday so I had to re-post in the I-130 which I will contiue to do going forward. Just a suggestion, sorry.

If you have specific I-130 questions I would say just do as you did, post in the I-130 area. We've broken down the forums so much now I don't think we will do any more changes anytime soon. If your question hasn't been answered bump it up!

Sometimes it just depends on the time of the day that you post something as to whether or not it will be answered. A lot of us on here check using the "new posts" feature, so it's not necessarily the forum that causes something not to be answered but how many people are posting threads at once, people that actually know the answer to your question, etc.

Being at NVC is kind of the wierd inbetween place that doesn't exactly fit into a forum - but most of us post everything up until the actual waiver in the I-130 forum and then questions about the hardship packet in one of the waiver sections.

Just bump it up and someone will answer!!! :)

Yeah, I don't read by the forums at all, only by new posts, so theoretically, I see every post if I am on most of the workday and then a little at night. I think it makes sense to do what Breza is saying - post in I-130 for form questions related to the petition to consular process and then use I-601 for anything to with with the waiver procedure, interview abroad, etc.

Great suggestions. Thanks to both of you.
