(through Brazil)

DS-230 forms (part 1 and 2)

copy of his passport
his original birth certificate
his original divorce decree
our original marriage certificate
his original state and federal police certificates
his passport pictures

Am I missing anything?

What do they require form the US citizen?

the ds-230 is for him--you don't have to send anything for you except obviously the marriage cert. as long as he didn't ever serve in the military in brazil you're good to go! if he did, you need his military records.

yeah chalakita you need yours like now! they have to go in for the ds-230. some countries don't issue police certs, like mexico--that's why CDJ people don't have to deal with them. but if you can get them from peru, you need them!

OK, so nothing of mine? (no military records)

We did already get his police certificates from Brazil via power of attorney. Actually, Brazil asks for a second set of originals to be brought to the interview as well..what a pain!
