approved waiver from Vienna ROMANIA

hi there..

my husband was approved on may 22 in vienna my husband is from Romania...

He came back home on June 8 2007 after we had been seperated for 14 months...................................

We have just celebrated his 1 year anniversary a little over a week ago...........................

It is funny I still have mental problems and have anxiety when we are seperated....

I wanted to know now that he has is green card when can he apply for his US citizenship???

Any help would be appreciated

I think it is too early for him to apply for citizenship. In three years I believe he will be ready for that.
Why was your husband inadmissible? Did you use a lawyer for the waiver?

If the petitioner, you, is a US Citizen then he can apply for citizenship 3 years from the date his residency was issued. If you are a permanent resident then it would be 5 years.

My husband was a crewman.....
I did not have a lawyer and I was able to bring him back home..........................................

I love hime so much and everyday I thank GOD .................we are together...

If he would not have been approved I guess I would have left..........

I went to 6 lawyers here in NYC and they all wanted ridiculous amounts and did not guarantee.....

I used this site and it worked........

I am a US citizen.... so I guess soon.....2 years from now....
