Heres my situation...

In love and seeing USC for 2 years in US while in US on a f1. I Overstayed...left voluntarily.. Did not marry in the US

He came to India.. met folks, married....

He went back to US.. filed 129 F and 130...in June and April 2006.. respectively...

He just visited..( July 2007) .. I am pregnant.....

What next....do pregnant women not get visas??
will I have to stay in India longer if my baby is born here ... do infants get a immigration number sooner....

What now... PLease help.. Abortion not an option....

Congratulations on the pregnancy :) and please do not worry. Your baby will be a US citizen even if born in India. And no, being pregnant does not mean you will not get a visa.

You should have a read of the following for if your baby is born in India before you are able to enter the US on the visa. I have put two, as I don't know which consulate you will be dealing with.

Report of Birth Abroad New Delhi (http://newdelhi.usembassy.gov/birth_abroad.html)

Report of Birth Abroad Chennai (http://chennai.usconsulate.gov/birth_abroad.html)
