Wow! You guys are good at finding things!!! My cousin-in-law was one of the undocumented detained at that restaurant. What is funny is that the same exact restaurant has 2 more in the city and neither was raided. My husband's cousin has a restaurant just down the street from there that my husband was employed at for 8 years before we just moved back to NH last year. It's scary how close this hits home. I now am constantly paranoid that my husband's restaurant here in NH will be raided. Especially since his undocumented coworker guy was just picked up from there on felony rape charges. I just have to keep my faith that we'll make it just a tad bit longer until we can get our CDJ appointment next year. Please please please!!! I just hope we'll be okay...:cry:

You've got to imagine the patrons sitting in there wondering where their lunch is and why service is so bad today.
And I'm sure the lesson of the day was "don't hire illegals" rather than "Whoa, illegals make my super delicious lunch and bring it to me in a hurry with a big smile and that's why I love this place! I've been supporting illegal immigration three times a week for years now and I LIKE it! Visas for the whole staff, ASAP! I gotta be back at work in half an hour!"
I can just see fat guy city official saying (with his mouth full of the rewards of illegal immigrant labor) "Well, that's what they get for hiring illegals."

LOL @arcoiris!! There is actually an article posted about this where people were saying the same thing. That they went there on a very regular basis and loved the food etc. They said to issue them all visas! I'll see if I can find the article. It was suprising to see how many supporters there were! The restaurant actually had to close. I'm not sure if it still is, but I would imagine so.

It's always fun to read the comments. It usually takes the anti immigrant news sites about an hour to pick up the story and then here they all come like a herd of retarded buffalos, typing in all caps, spewing all sorts of garbage from their foul mouths. It's always interesting to see where they are located. Texas, Arizona, North Carolina....nowhere near Tallahasee. Apparently they don't have real jobs, or they wouldn't have time to post under fake names in 5 minute sequences and use the very same grammer, syntax, and spelling errors over and over again. Maybe they are on "disability" or are "retired". I especially love it when THAT crowd complains about "them illegals living off my tax dollars". MY tax money pays them to hinder progress all day. Ain't that a heck of a note. And they invariably live for freakin' ever.
