I just received an e-mail that our waivers are APPROVED !!!!!!!
YEEEAAAHHHHH, that is so wonderful....I can go home after 17 month....

Thanks to all of you...thanks to immigrate2us...for all the wonderful help and advises. Received yesterday with the mail the approval letter from DHS and wait now for the visa. I do not know how long that will take.

I am home now since last week Thursday. Oh boy that was a journey. 13 hours flight, than immigration, they kept me and my little daughter for 1.5 hours. I was so worried and tired ...but all went good, they even help me to get my connect flight , drove us and all the luggage with a golf cart to the right gate so that we could make it on time. Than 5 hours later I was home...it was the happiest moment for us sine 18 month.

That is awesome news! I'm so glad you made it to the States safely and now can enjoy your life with your spouse! The waiting totally sucks, but once you get that final approval the world seems to be lifted off your shoulders and things look so much brighter!
