Hey everyone. Here's my question we are filing the forms for my husband parents that live in Mexico. Is there any way that when, and if, the application is approved and forward to CDJ to take over, is there any way that the mailing that they are going to send to my in-laws be send to my home address in the US. We don't not trust the mailing system in Mexico and where my in-laws live they really never receive mailing services due to being on the outskirts of the town. Does anyone know? Plus one more question, On the I-130 form question 19 Your relative's address abroad, does that mean the address where they live in mexico?

With the NVC stage of the process you can have everything sent to the appointed agent. In many cases this is the US citizen petitioner. I have no idea on what the procedure is in CDJ and if the consulate will send the Interview Packet to a US address. Hopefully someone else will be able to help you there. I know mine in Australia was automatically sent to the US citizen petitioner (agent), but that is not the norm.
As for Q19, yes it is the address where they live in mexico.
Anything that comes from USCIS should come to the petitioner's (your husband) address. When the I-130 is approved and forwarded to NVC they will send you a form asking where you want your correspondence sent to. Of course you would put your address. ALL further correspondence, including the appt packet, will be sent to your address unless you request for it to be sent somewhere else.
